For the Latin Ballet class of Monday contemporary Dance at 6:40 pm at Dominion Energy Center:

This is Camila Obando, LBV former junior company member, dancing at home for you!

As you know she lives now in Germany. She travels around Europe to take dance lessons with many international choreographers. She applies for scholarship presenting her own choreography and even designing her props, costumes and lights. 

For this work, she moved furniture and placed a home screen for movies that they have at home. Her parents helped her with lanterns and phone light for the lighting effects!

Dear Dancers of the Latin Ballet of Virginia,

I have been following these amazing on line classes with wonderful ballerina, Tamara Rojo from the English National Ballet and I LOVE it!

Hoping all of you can take at home her classes every day before or after your academic school homework.

You can use a table, a chair, kitchen counter, rail of the balcony, the washer machine. So many options. Be creative and Keep Dancing Always!

I will send in another post, ideas of choreography that former dancers have been sending me from around the world.
