Wine Table Tuesdays: Promote awareness and raise a little money for local and national charities.

When: Tuesdays 5pm-7pm.

Where: Quirk Hotel – location in hotel will rotate based on availability of space.

What: Wine tasting with rotating themes with a hosting “wine tender”.

Supporting their non-profit of choice.  $2 from every tasting fee and all gratuities from the event are donated to the non-profit organization.

Promotion: Quirk hotel will promote the wine tasting via social media and our website calendar. The non-profit is encouraged to promote as well.

Wine: Wine descriptions and sell sheets will be available for your guests.  You may provide your own “wine tender”. In the case that you cannot, our staff will pour for you.

Join us as we end another amazing year with a unique evening of dance. The Latin Ballet of Virginia (LBV) and Ezibu Muntu African Dance Company will bring their unique culturally influenced styles and companies to entertain and enlighten you. Both companies are based in Richmond and reflect the exceptional depth, variety, and diversity of our arts and culture community.

From the passionate fury of flamenco to tango’s forbidden heat, the polished elegance of classical ballet to the earthen power of modern dance, the Latin Ballet of Virginia uses the expressive beauty of movement to weave the tales and traditions that are the heart and soul of Hispanic culture. The Latin Ballet of Virginia (LBV) combines technical excellence with a soulful depth of emotion and an unwavering commitment to education, diversity and accessibility.

Ezibu Muntu African Dance and Cultural Foundation is a professional organization of dancers, drummers, entertainers and other individuals dedicated to invoking a better educated positive understanding of African culture, values, traditions and cultural arts as a whole. Through exposing the community-at-large to educational and artistic programming based on African culture and art forms, Ezibu Muntu hopes to enrich the diversity of the community and reintroduce basic African concepts of family and community into society.
