High Energy dance and Martial Art from Brazil.

Caribbean
Yoga: Flowing Yoga postures and relaxation, designed to
increase flexibility, strength, focus and concentration. (Exercise clothes - bare feet - a mat)
Dance
Theatre:
Contemporary dance and improvisation
techniques, working on expressive movements, correct posture, flexibility and
presentation of dance. (Exercise clothes- bare
feet)
Drums & Percussion:
An hour of basic Caribbean and Latin American
conga rhythms. Percussion instruments will be included.
Flamenco:
Classical and character Spanish dance form.
Footwork, syncopation and Spanish dance technique. (Character
shoes - wide skirt)
Hula Dancing:
Traditional classical dance from Hawaii with its origin in Tahitian
technique. (Exercise clothes- bare feet)
Indian Dancing (Bharatanatyam):
Classical South Indian dance (Exercise clothes- bare
feet)
Integral Yoga:
Gentle Hastha Yoga class focusing on asanas, pranayama
and meditation. (Exercise clothes - bare feet)
Jazz Funk:
A combination of Jazz and Hip Hop techniques, fast
dynamics and dance skills. (Exercise clothes- jazz sneakers)
Latin
Ballet:
Basic Ballet technique. Focuses on
classical Spanish and Latin American dances. Pointe work will be included for
Intermediate and Advanced Ballet. (Solid colored
leotard pink tights pink ballet slippers)
Latin
Dance:
Authentic Latin American and Caribbean
dances. Focuses on SALSA. Merengue, Bachata, Samba, Lambada, Mambo, Calypso will
be incorporated. (Exercise
clothes- character or jazz shoes)
Latin
Jazz Funk:
Latin Jazz technique, Hip Hop and Reggaeton styles,
mixed with Latin American
rhythms, moving rapidly toward faster dynamics and more advanced skills. (Exercise
clothes- bare feet or jazz sneakers)
Modern
Jazz:
Contemporary dance - basic modern and
jazz technique and improvisation. (Exercise
clothes Bare feet)
Movers & Shakers:
Introduction to the dance world. Latin and Caribbean rhythms, songs and the use
of percussion instruments are incorporated. (Exercise clothes- bare feet)
Pilates:
Designed to improve muscular support of the
lumbar spine through proper diaphragmatic breathing incorporated with movements
that train the deep abdominal. Along with core control and strengthening,
pilates also improves posture, coordination, balance and flexibility. (Exercise
clothes- bare feet)
Reggaeton & Yoga:
Hip Hop and Latin American social dance, a total aerobic workout followed by Caribbean Yoga relaxation.

Salsa Picante- Yoga:
SALSA high energy workout, ending with 20 min of Caribbean yoga relaxation

Spanish Thru Ballet:
Participating in authentic use of
Spanish language, through creative movement, Ballet Technique, directions and commands. (Exercise

SOULSA: High energy workout that tones the entire body while dancing to live drums,
Hip Hop, African, and Caribbean dances such as Salsa, Mambo, Reggae and Calypso.

Swing:
East Coast swing. Will include turns spins,
dips and drops tailored to the individual level of the student. (Exercise clothes character shoes)
Tango:
Authentic Argentinean social dance. (Character
shoes)
Techno-Hip
Hop: High energy street dance with dance
technique, moving rapidly to advance skills. (Exercise
clothes jazz sneakers)
Zumba: Aerobic workout,
dancing samba, cumbia, salsa, calypso, reggae, rumba and hip hop. (Exercise
clothes - jazz sneakers)
Zumba & Yoga:
